What is a more mindful life? For some, a more mindful life starts with drinking a daily cup of tea in a mindfully conscious way, while for others, it is a focused break in their daily routine. Alternatively, you may want to work with a breath meditation or yoga.
I will work with you and offer my experience as a coach and regular meditation practitioner.

In our first free consultation, we will get to know each other, discuss first goals and the necessary steps to achieve these.
If you choose to take up coaching sessions, generally we will meet 3 – 5 times every 2 to 3 weeks for approximately 1.5 hours. Skype coaching can also be arranged upon request.
